Lead and motivate a team of employees, ensuring high-quality service and product standards
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
Train and develop team members to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities
Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store targets and improve overall performance
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Participate in hands-on operations as needed, including food preparation and delivery
Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic computer skills for managing inventory and scheduling systems
Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if under AGE}, or 1 year if AGE} or older
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
