Requirements

  • Previous retail or leadership experience (hardware experience a plus!)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team leadership
  • Provide legendary customer service — the Ace way!
  • Help with scheduling, inventory control, and merchandising
  • Lead by example to train, coach, and inspire team members
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe shopping experience
  • Assist with achieving sales goals and operational standards
