Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving performance and productivity
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and evaluating team members
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management
  • Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
