The company is seeking individuals to become Assistant Managers, a role described as being the "second in command of a million-dollar business" with the potential to grow into a store manager. This part-time, hourly position requires individuals with natural leadership qualities, good judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a shift, including people management, operations, sales, and profits, while ensuring team safety, training, and culture. The company emphasizes a fun and flexible work environment and offers training for those new to management or pizza making. Assistant Managers are expected to lead by example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure their crew does the same. The position may require working at different nearby locations and includes 2-4 shifts per week, including some weekends.

Oversee all aspects of your shift
Be accountable for everything that happens within your shift (People, Operations, Sales, or Profits)
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team

Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
Help at other locations near to your chosen location (if asked)
