Requirements

• Experience leading a team (managing a staff of 3 to 15 people during a shift).
• Possess a positive attitude and be a great motivator.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable vehicle that is insured.
• Be a great role model and leader, punctual, and have a great attitude with customers and co-workers.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work at least 3 shifts per week and be available weekends.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make consistent products within Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from our customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
