About The Position

The job is for an Assistant Manager at a Circle K Stationstore. The role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth in management. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff hiring and supervision, task accomplishment, bookkeeping, and merchandising. A key aspect is maintaining high service standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the company's food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
• Eye-hand coordination
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising
• Help to maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
• Provide regular and predicable onsite attendance
• Execute the food program
• Set an example for the rest of your staff
