About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza, you are the boss during your shift, responsible for all operational aspects including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. You are expected to be a role model, adhering to all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensuring your crew does the same. This role involves managing a team of 3 to 25 people, utilizing strong motivational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to foster a positive work environment. Requirements

  • Experience leading a team (managing a staff of anywhere from 3 to 25 people)
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured
  • Valid driver's license
  • A great role model (being on time for your shift, having a great attitude to customers and co-workers, how you dress, high standards for yourself and the rest of the team)
  • Willing to work when the team needs you the most (flexible schedule)
  • At least 18 years old
