About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This includes helping with hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The position requires maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. Candidates should be motivated, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be looking to build a career in management. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The ideal candidate cares about customers and sets a positive example for staff, demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership.
