Requirements

• Prior experience as a convenience store Assistant Manager is preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager with daily store operations
• Taking full responsibility for store operations when the General Manager is away
• Leading by example and delivering outstanding customer service
• Greeting and thanking every customer in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Suggesting additional items and promoting store specials
• Contributing to all aspects of store operations as an engaged team member
