About The Position

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role offers a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for career growth in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This includes helping with hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly service to customers, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about your customers, set an example for your staff, and display a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership.
