Responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Support and coach new hires
  • Set the tone for each shift and serve as a role model for the team
  • Respond to guest needs with urgency and professionalism
  • Open/close the restaurant, manage shifts, and perform key-holder duties
  • Handle daily cash processes and drawer reconciliation
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
