Responsibilities

• Lead a team of car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle is washed to perfection.
• Develop and implement new car wash procedures and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage inventory and ensure that supplies are stocked and used correctly.
• Maintain the equipment and make sure it is running at peak efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Manage the finances of the car wash, ensuring budget adherence and profitability.
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs.
