About The Position

Hand & Stone Downtown Doral is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead front desk performance, elevate membership sales, and support daily spa operations. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone who understands sales metrics, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and knows how to turn guest interactions into long-term members. What You’ll Own Front Desk Sales Leadership Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention strategies Lead by example — actively sell and coach in real time Monitor daily KPIs including conversion rates, average ticket, and booking metrics Hold the team accountable to performance standards Team Development & Accountability Train, mentor, and motivate Spa Associates Conduct role-playing and sales coaching sessions Support hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback Help create a culture of follow-through and professionalism Operational Excellence Assist with scheduling, payroll review, inventory oversight, and reporting Maintain high standards of guest experience and spa presentation Partner closely with Spa Manager to execute promotions and growth initiatives Ensure smooth daily operations during peak business hours

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (membership, retail, hospitality, or service-based sales preferred)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong closing skills and confidence in overcoming objections
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable reviewing and acting on performance metrics
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Available evenings and weekends
