The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This includes helping with hiring, supervising, and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role requires maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The Assistant Manager is expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, care about customers, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.
