About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will be the key leader during your shift, ensuring smooth operations, managing costs, and maintaining inventory. Your role involves leading the team to deliver excellent customer service, mentoring staff, and handling administrative tasks like paperwork. You will also be responsible for marketing promotions, maintaining store cleanliness, operating equipment, managing ingredient stock, taking phone orders, and accurately tracking inventory. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
