We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our quick service restaurant. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to ensure exceptional customer service, efficient operations, and a positive team environment. Requirements

• Previous experience in a quick service or fast-casual restaurant (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met
• Open and close the restaurant as needed
• Handle cash management, drawer counts, and basic reporting
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
