About The Position
Welcome to Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's! We operate stores in Chattanooga, Knoxville, Roanoke, and surrounding areas. This position is for an Assistant Manager, where you will serve as the second in command of a significant business operation, with the potential to advance to a General Manager and beyond. It requires natural leadership qualities, including good judgment, leadership skills, mathematical aptitude, and the ability to multitask. The role offers a fun and flexible work environment and valuable experience. This is a part-time, hourly position.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude

- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Ability to use Outlook / Email services
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good background check
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of your shift
- Be accountable for everything that happens within your shift, including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
- Lead by example, as your team will follow your actions
- Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
- Help at other locations near to your chosen location (if asked)
- Learn to lead people (training provided if no prior management experience)
- Learn to make pizzas (training provided if no prior experience)
