About The Position

The Assistant Residential Manager is responsible for assuring that the support services that are being provided to people are person centered, effective and documented consistently with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), contractual obligations and Shangri-La policies, practices and procedures. Reliable and regular attendance is imperative.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years’ work experience in the health and/or human services field.
Two (2) years’ experience in position(s) that included training responsibilities is preferred.
Must have current Oregon Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Must be able to be approved by the background criminal history unit.
Ongoing excellent verbal and written communication skills with stake holders inside and outside the organization.
Ability to assess risk as well as to make determinations about tasks and deadlines.
Thorough understanding of residential support services.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Must pass a background check
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Two (2) years’ experience in position(s) that included training responsibilities is preferred.
