About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager. This role is for individuals who are natural leaders, capable of ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Requirements

Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area
Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

Ability to lift bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds from floor and stack onto shelves up to 72" high
Ability to carry large cans (3 lbs, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs), trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 lbs per tray), pizzas and beverages during delivery
Ability to push/pull trays on dollies requiring force up to 7.5 pounds
Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder (e.g., to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance, or during delivery up to five or more flights of stairs)
Ability to perform forward bending at the waist (pizza assembly, front counter, stocking ingredients)
Ability to crouch/squat occasionally (to stock shelves and clean low areas)
Ability to reach continuously (up, down, and forward; above 72" for oven controls/signs, down for scooping/washing, forward for toppings/cleaning/phones)
Ability to drive to deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area
Excellent eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, frequently requiring one or both hands
Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists (shaping pizza dough)
Ability to manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter
Frequent and/or forceful pinching required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes
Ability to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
