Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in management, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards, ensuring a polished and professional image is presented to guests.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle pressure with composure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
