About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role is for individuals who are natural leaders, possessing strong judgment, mathematical skills, and the ability to multi-task. Assistant Managers are responsible for all aspects of their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They are expected to set a positive example for the store and maintain high performance standards. The position involves managing a team of employees, ensuring smooth store operations, and upholding cleanliness and professional appearance standards.

Requirements

Experience leading a team
Stellar attitude and motivational skills
Clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
Access to reliable vehicle that is insured
Valid driver's license
A great role model (high standards for self and team)
At least 18 years old
Judgment, math and the ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift
Responsible for all store operations
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures
Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store
Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards
