About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for performing all duties of store operations and productively working in a team environment, overseeing all employees. This includes operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. The role also involves driving for deliveries, requiring a valid driver's license, a 2-year driving history, current liability insurance, and adherence to company driving standards, including wearing a seatbelt and using a cartop sign on the delivery vehicle. Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- 2 year driving history
- Motor vehicle record (MVR) will be checked for a safe driving history and must conform to company standards
- Must have current liability insurance at all times
- Must always wear seatbelt while driving for this company
- Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection
- Driver may be required to place a cartop sign on their vehicles (exception if vehicle does not accept cartop fittings)
