About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Managers to join their pizza-loving team in the Boise area, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating daily store operations, leading and inspiring a team of 3 to 30 employees during shifts, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Key duties include maintaining food safety standards and store cleanliness, assisting as a Customer Service Representative or Delivery Driver when needed, creating employee schedules, and providing ongoing coaching to new team members. You will also contribute to sales strategies, collaborate with upper management to achieve store performance goals, resolve customer issues, and manage financial records.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment
Strong motivational and team-building skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety knowledge and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
Must be at least AGE years of age
