As a assistant manager at Firehouse Subs, you will have oversight responsibilities for our employees, and for the overall operations of our restaurant, while reporting directly to the General Manager. The assistant manager will be responsible for full restaurant health code compliance including all food safety and store maintenance, enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures, profitability of the business, leadership of the team, and superior guest service.
