About The Position
As a assistant manager at Firehouse Subs, you will have oversight responsibilities for our employees, and for the overall operations of our restaurant, while reporting directly to the General Manager. The assistant manager will be responsible for full restaurant health code compliance including all food safety and store maintenance, enforcement of all Firehouse Subs policies and procedures, profitability of the business, leadership of the team, and superior guest service.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS system.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of employees with a positive attitude.
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space.
- Communicate effectively with guests addressing all questions and concerns.
- Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all food and safety guidelines.
- Complete all other tasks as directed by management.
