About The Position

This position is for an Assistant Manager at the #1 Pizza Chain on the Planet, operated by an awesome franchise with over 40 years of experience in the Pizza Biz. The role offers a flexible schedule, immediate full-pay training, and opportunities to earn tips. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with full-time employees (after 1 year and 30+ hours/week) qualifying for a range of benefits. The company provides paid development programs and a hands-on, in-store pay-scaling training program, allowing Assistant Managers to earn up to and over $20/hour in wages, plus tips.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds with good mobility.

  • Food Service experience.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Some Shift Leading/Managing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew.
  • Receive Customer's orders over the phones, internet & over the counter.
  • Prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's procedures and standards.
  • Basic kitchen maintenance. e.g., cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc.
  • Basic administrative duties. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening tasks, etc.
