About The Position

The Assistant Manager role involves assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of Stationstore operations. This includes helping with hiring, supervising staff, accomplishing daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The role requires regular and predictable onsite attendance, a sense of urgency, patience, and leadership, and setting an example for the staff.
