About The Position

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who desire a challenging, fast-paced, and fun environment with opportunities for a career in management. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising, and working with staff on daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, providing fast and friendly customer service, and executing the food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance. You are expected to care about customers, set a positive example for staff, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and leadership.

Responsibilities
