About The Position

Join our team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Wentzville, United States! We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to help lead our store operations and drive success. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. MBR Management (a locally owned Franchise of Domino's) strives to treat all team members like family and aims to help them accomplish their goals, whether it is a career with the company or just earning some extra cash.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if AGE} or 1 year if 19 or older
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Support the store manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives
  • Participate in team member training and development programs
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Assist in financial reporting, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions during busy periods
