Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience (if 18 years old) or 1 year (if 19 years or older)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Dependable vehicle with current proof of auto insurance
  • Demonstrated desire and ability to lead and motivate people
  • Proven experience in team management or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset with sound judgment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and organizational goals
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to quality, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Manage inventory control and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Train and onboard new team members, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
  • Handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining service quality and team morale
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement data-driven improvements
