Responsibilities

• Learn and understand all aspects of store operations including inventory management, store-level marketing, cash handling and store maintenance.
• Assist in the management of staff; including training and coaching where needed.
• Develop strong product knowledge to answer customer queries and make recommendations.
• Assist in meeting and exceeding store sales goals.
• Ensure the store is clean, safe and in order, in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Learn to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and staff.
• Check in orders and verify accuracy upon delivery.
• Handle invoicing and ensure proper documentation.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
