About The Position

A job as a Department Manager at a McDonald's restaurant operated by Tri County Management gives you the chance to grow your skills and meet great people, while earning some outstanding benefits opportunities along the way. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments. These managers' responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
• Oversee sales promotions and ensure they are executed well.
• Train all service staff in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly.
• Maintain food safety and control food costs.
• Train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Hire qualified crew and train them effectively.
• Schedule staff to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Recognize and motivate Crew throughout their employment.
