As an Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and help lead the restaurant to daily success through strong leadership and hands-on teamwork. You will also monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, handle customer concerns, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, brand standards, and company policies.
