About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and help lead the restaurant to daily success through strong leadership and hands-on teamwork. Your role will involve supporting the GM in overseeing daily store operations, leading and coaching team members to meet performance goals, and assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling. You will also monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, handle customer concerns, and ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, brand standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations
