About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree is desired.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a regulated industry or equivalent education and experience.
  • Valid and current CPR and AED certification is required.
  • Ability to work weekends and extended work periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment.
  • Leadership experience in a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general management of employees assigned to production areas.
  • Support the Center Manager in achieving center production and cost goals.
  • Participate in the selection and training of new team members.
  • Foster teamwork and provide performance feedback, including initiating disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company practices related to quality and safety.
  • Participate in the correction and prevention of audit findings and prepare routine operational reports.
  • Work in different production roles on the donor floor and provide customer service.
