As the Restaurant Assistant Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will assist in guiding the team to create a positive guest experience. Your role will involve setting the tone for the team, upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring that your crew can rely on your leadership. You will work closely with the General Manager to achieve high performance in various areas including Operations, Profit and Loss, Guest Satisfaction, Customer Service, Speed of Service, and Quality Control. Utilizing AES Systems, you will run a great restaurant every shift, every day, while implementing restaurant controls, especially regarding cash and inventory management.
