As an Assistant Manager, you will be the right hand to the General Manager and help lead the restaurant to daily success through strong leadership and hands-on teamwork. Your role will involve supporting the GM in overseeing daily store operations, leading and coaching team members to meet performance goals, and assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling. You will also monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, handle customer concerns, and enforce safety, sanitation, brand standards, and company policies. Additionally, you will supervise team members, assign shift tasks, ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met, and manage cash deposits and shift paperwork. Your leadership will promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
