About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Maurices, you will play a crucial role in leading the store team to deliver a consistent brand experience and provide excellent service to all customers. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a service leader, ensuring that the store meets its sales goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will be expected to consistently follow, practice, and execute selling activities through our award-winning programs, which are designed to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will set daily goals for the team, determine and assign tasks, and motivate team members to achieve their objectives. Your ability to suggest and sell through fashion knowledge will be key in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience. You will also be responsible for efficiently and accurately executing Maurices' Standard Operating Practices, ensuring that all operational procedures are followed to maintain store standards. This position requires a flexible schedule, including the possibility of working weekends as needed. You will be expected to work between 18 to 28 hours per week, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. Your leadership will be essential in creating a positive team atmosphere and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the store's goals and values.
