This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, and ADA. The position also requires knowledge and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures, ensuring profitability by managing food costs, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth. Leadership is a key aspect, as the individual will guide the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture. The role includes assisting the General Manager in implementing operations game plans and company initiatives, participating in employee management, and ensuring all required programs and reports are completed accurately and on schedule. Additionally, the position involves promoting Public Safety Foundation initiatives and representing Firehouse Subs positively.
