Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results.
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in service procedures.
Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely.
Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.
Recognize and motivate Crew throughout their employment.

Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
Open availability and flexible schedule.

Positive team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
