This role is required to be in person at a grocery location in the Greater Porter Ranch, CA area. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who can bring Amazon's customer obsession to life in a grocery environment. You will direct day-to-day store operations and lead a team of engaged grocery associates to deliver a one of a kind shopping experience for customers. You will play a vital role in maintaining a vibrant store culture based on customer obsession, trust, respect, continuous learning, safety, and fun. Assistant Managers are experienced in leading large teams to deliver against standard operating procedures. Assistant Managers are natural leaders who are comfortable with change and are always looking for ways to improve their operation. Assistant Managers demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent ownership, the ability to meet deadlines, a willingness to learn new things, and a commitment to the customer and employee experience.
