The role also focuses on driving process improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancement projects, managing customer relationships to boost customer satisfaction, monitoring operating costs, conducting regular process audits, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory norms, providing adequate training to the team, and assessing service level agreements (SLAs).
