Visual partners closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Field teams to ensure consistent and accurate visual execution across the store fleet. About the Role The Assistant Visual Manager supports the development and execution of seasonal floorsets, perimeter updates, and visual merchandising initiatives across all Williams Sonoma stores. Reporting to the Senior Visual Manager, this role translates merchandising strategies into detailed floorplans, presentation guides, and field communication tools that enable accurate store execution. This role requires strong floor-planning skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
