About The Position

As a VIP Lounge Assistant Manager at Mandalay Bay, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience for our most valued clientele. Requirements

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in areas such as VIP Services, Front Desk, and/or Concierge
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the department in the absence of director or department head
• Respond to guest service interactions in a professional and timely manner, achieving positive resolutions
• Promote and develop team-oriented philosophy stressing the importance for providing unparalleled commitment to excellence in service
• Oversee quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompasses the Company’s diversity commitment
• Ensure department standards for correct charging, postings, collecting payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing of all cash and cash equivalent transactions
• Supervise VIP Representatives work performance and apply progressive discipline when appropriate
