Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of team leadership, marketing, and event operations
• Support daily campaign execution, staff coordination, and event logistics
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve performance and sales goals
• Assist with event setup, on-site management, and overall operational support
• Track results, provide feedback, and contribute to ongoing campaign improvements
• Participate in training sessions to build leadership, communication, and management skills
