The Assistant Manager of Total Logistics supports the Total Logistics brokerage in driving growth and profitability. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, and optimizing transportation solutions for Stevens. The Assistant Manager will oversee the day–to-day operations. Identifying new carrier opportunities, analyzing market trends, and assigning freight coverage for the TL network among other tasks as assigned. Please note this position is on-site at Stevens Transport HQ in Dallas, Tx.
