About The Position

As the Buffet Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations and leading our dynamic food service team. At Northfield Park, your mission is to deliver exceptional experiences and create unforgettable 'WOW' moments that guests will remember long after their visit.

Requirements

• Has at least 2 years of Food and Beverage experience.
• Complete knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to execute on guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs.
• Working knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests, management, employees, and other external contacts.
• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including financial budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory management, guest service standards, and the implementation of marketing strategies to achieve short-term profitability.
• Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules and regulations for the restaurant staff.
• Fostering a work environment that encourages teamwork, performance feedback (including coaching and counseling), recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction.
• Ensuring a quality hiring, training, and succession planning process that reflects the company's commitment to diversity.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness within all areas of Beverage.
• Maintains excellent knowledge of venue's food & beverage products, menu items and equipment used to perform duties.
