About The Position

Looking for a leadership job that doesn’t feel like work? Battle House Laser Tag is seeking a Team Lead / Assistant Manager to run missions, guide players, and keep the action flowing in our 12,000–15,000 sq.ft tactical arena. You’ll lead a squad of staff, help players prep for battle, keep games running smoothly, and create the kind of experiences people rave about.

Requirements

• You’ve been a shift manager, assistant manager, key holder, or team lead
• You’re great with people and comfortable leading groups
• You thrive in high-energy environments
• You’re reliable and love problem-solving
• You’re available weekends — our busiest time

Responsibilities

• Leading staff on the battlefield (the arena) and off (front desk)
• Running briefings, mission setups, and tactical game modes
• Maintaining order and safety — no spawn campers!
• Creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Training new recruits (staff)
• Running opening/closing procedures
• Helping manage schedules and shift coverage
