About The Position

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their Surgical Services Team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Surgical Services experience, with a high focus on safety and quality, process improvement, and best practice. Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
• 2 years staff nurse (RN) in an acute setting
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s of science in nursing
• 2 years experience in a charge nurse, lead nurse, or related position
• 3-5 years of Surgical Services experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) where necessary
