Assistant managers will assist managers with: Setting and communicating expectations to all stylists to deliver the 5 Steps to Customer Care with every customer. Affirming a leadership role by working peak times, including weekends. Being a role model and reinforcing expectations as listed in the Stylist Job Description. Recruiting and hiring employees who can deliver on our commitment to create customer loyalty to Great Clips. Working to grow salon business and monitor results. Coaching, developing, & mentoring team. Responding to problems when they occur, such as overages/shorts, missing invoices, etc. Working to create a fun and positive work environment. Ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
