About The Position

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join their team as an Assistant Manager Store. This role involves providing managerial assistance to the General Manager, ensuring operational standards are met, and overseeing various aspects of store operations. Key responsibilities include inventory management, maintaining cleanliness, supervising employees, and participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members. The position requires an individual who can work with minimal supervision and effectively motivate a team.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Full-Time work availability
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
• Have strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
