About The Position
Domino's Team BAM! is looking for friendly & motivated people to join their team as an Assistant Manager Store. This role involves providing managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards, counting inventory and supplies, ensuring facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards, and efficient employee supervision. Key responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members, as well as the cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment, and rotating commissary deliveries. Other job duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Full-Time work availability
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus!
